The Sixth Seal, the Latter Rain
and the Sealing of the 144000

This session on, "The Sixth Seal, the Latter Rain and the Sealing of the 144,000" is the sixth session in the series, "Understanding the Book of Revelation", as God continues to unfold the prophetic books of the Bible, we discover that a plumbline is drawn as prophesied by Amos (Amos 7:1-8) as the Latter Rain is poured out (Joel 2). With the plumbline being drawn across the Household of God we have two groups of people; the 144,000 and the countless multitude that must go through the Great Tribulation. As we follow the Wife of the Lamb we discover that her measure is that of 144,000 courses that were run (the race that was run by 144,000 people) and that there is a definite distinction between the Bride of Christ and the wedding guests.

And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Did you ever stop and realize that these events of the sun being turned to darkness and the moon to blood are the same events that take place during the opening of the sixth seal?
When He [the Lamb] broke open the sixth seal, I looked, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun grew black as sackcloth of hair, [the full disc of] the moon became like blood. And the stars of the sky dropped to the earth like a fig tree shedding its unripe fruit out of season when shaken by a strong wind.
